What is the reason that there is for each Windows OS (32-bits and 64-bits) different dll's. As I understand that I only have to use one to work with all the Windows versions?

32-bit dll can work in all 32bit Windows, and 64-bit dll can work in all the 64-bit Windows. In fact, 32bit dll can work in all the Windows, but we have to provide a special version for 64bit Windows, since this is very important for 64-bit programming languages. 64-bit programming languages can only link against 64bit dll.

Can you provide some explanation with UniKey_Module_Decrase function?

You may use the function UniKey_Module_Decrase to decrease the license module, every time you call this function, the value of the license module will decrease by 1. If you don't call UniKey_Module_Decrase, it can not decrease.

The LOGOFF function return 0 in the case the dongle is attached and you start LOGOFF function but if you use the LOGOFF function without any Unikey dongle attached the return value is still 0. Normally value in this case is 3.

It is not a bug, it is normal. We update the library, it will not find the dongle when you start LOGOFF function. So the return value is still 0 with or without dongle connected.
